Massage Therapy soothes the body, calms the mind, and renews the spirit.

With over 37 years experience as a massage therapist, both with an extensive private clientele as well as 8 years working with patients in a chiropractic office,  I bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for healing body, mind and spirit to each client session.

Trained in Swedish/Esalen, Deep Tissue, and Lymphatic massage, Shiatsu, Foot Reflexology, and Reiki, my “signature” style is relaxing, strong, deep and specific (when indicated), yet sensitive, safe, and respectful. My intention is to nurture, release muscle tension, correct energy imbalances, and to help clients access their own inner wisdom.

Each session begins with a brief check-in and then your tension and stress will melt away with a full 60 or 90 minute session using hot towels, a unique combination of massage modalities, Young Living Essential Oils, and Reiki — a natural healing art in which Universal Life Energy is “channeled” to bring balance & harmony for the purpose of healing body, mind & spirit — leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

ILLNESS CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you are experiencing a fever, cough, sore throat, or ANY cold or flu symptoms OR have been in close contact with a person who is ill, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. There will be no charge for these cancellations.

FOR ALL OTHER CANCELLATIONS: Please give at least 48 hours notice so that I have the opportunity to fill the appointment with someone else. Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount for the time reserved.

My signature massage:  Firm to deep pressure to address muscle tension, chronic pain, pinched nerves, injury rehabilitation, osteoarthritis, postural problems, and limited range of motion. Promotes deep relaxation. 

1 hour ~ $120.00

1 1/2 hours ~ $170.00

FULL BODY RELAXATION MASSAGE:

Light to medium pressure to relieve stress and promote relaxation.

1 hour ~ $100.00

1 1/2 hours ~ $140.00
